Welcome to Averill's Mobile Home Park
Averill’s Mobile Home Park was started in 1985 by Roger & Rachel Averill of Benton, Maine. The mobile home park is owned and operated by Roger Averill's daughter Susan Schoenig. This mobile home park was built with large 3/4 acre lots in a pleasant country setting and currently consists of 32 lots. We own and operate 2 well systems and our water operator is licensed through the State of Maine Drinking Water Program. The contract for tenants is designed to provide a pleasant environment in which to live and has been developed in part to preserve the kind of atmosphere in which our park residents have indicated they'd like to live in.
It is our intention and purpose to operate this park as an outstanding residential community. We strive to render prompt and efficient service, and to provide you with an enjoyable lifestyle in quality surroundings.
The purpose of our policies is to allow each resident to enjoy his or her mobile home as well as the entire community, by protecting the safety of residents and maintaining the park’s appearance. As a resident in a mobile home community, you necessarily assume certain responsibilities, such as maintaining the grounds around your home. Being able to provide personal care and attention to your lot is one of the many benefits of the mobile home lifestyle.
