- Lots are limited to 4 people due to septic engineering
- Each lot is 10,000 sq ft or larger
- Lot rentals are currently $400.00 per month
- Septic fee included in rent
- Pet fee is $10.00 per month (no dogs are allowed)
- Entrance fee is two times lot rent
- Security deposit is three times lot rent
- Single wide lots currently available are: 12, 26, 44, 47
- Double wide lots currently available are: 76 only
- Lot 51 double wide or single wide
- We accept homes 10 years old or newer
Our water system has two wells. We chlorinate our water and have two 1,000 gallon holding tanks. Our water operator is licensed with the State of Maine and testing is handled by the Maine Drinking Water Program. We use Northeast Labs of Winslow for our water testing unless required elsewhere by the State of Maine.
